Overview
DUBAN DB25-207FM-200N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy Thrust and Tension Testing Instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, plug force test and Destructiveness test.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.

Principle
The Force Gauge converts physical signals into digital ones through Sensor measurement of thrust or pull, and displays instantaneous values or peaks on a large four-digit LCD. It supports data storage and output, allowing users to transfer data to a computer via USB or Bluetooth for further analysis.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, you can choose to use alkaline battery or 6V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a thrust or pull test, and the display will display an instantaneous value or peak.
4. Use the peak hold function to lock the peak display until it is manually cleared.
5. Store test data, up to 99 values.
6. Output data to the computer through the data cable or Bluetooth.
7. After the test is completed, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
- The allowable load is 150% F.s, and there will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s to avoid overloading.
- Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, ensure operation at allowable temperature.
- The relative humidity should be less than 80% to prevent the humid environment from affecting the performance.
- The working environment needs to be free of seismic sources and corrosive media to protect the instrument.
Regularly check the power supply to ensure that the battery or DC power supply is working properly.
