Overview
DUBAN DB25-207FM-5KN Split Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tensile testing instrument, which is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Principle
The split Force Gauge converts mechanical signals into electrical signals through Sensor measurement of push-pull loads, displays measurement results on a four-digit large LCD screen after internal processing, supports peak and instantaneous value measurement, and realizes data transmission through a data output interface.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Carry out the push-pull force test, and the instrument automatically displays the measurement value.
4. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum load.
5. Manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown.
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• Operating temperature 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 80%.
• Avoid overload use, the allowable load is 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
• Shut down in time after use to save power.
