Overview
DUBAN DB22-TM240B High Accuracy Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge uses high-performance, low-power microprocessing technology. Based on the ultrasonic Measurement principle, it can measure the film thickness of metals and Miscellaneous materials, and can measure the sound speed of materials. The instrument can perform film thickness measurement on various pipes and Pressure Vessels in production equipment, monitor their thinning degree after corrosion during use, and can also make accurate measurement of various plates and various processed parts.
Features
1. Automatically memorize material codes and sound speed values for easy use
2. With coupling status prompt, automatic shutdown and manual shutdown functions
3. Use "USB data cable output" and "RS-232 data cable output" for data collection with PC
4. Provide "Bluetooth Bluetooth ™ data output" selection
5. Measurement range 1.2~ 300mm, resolution 0.01mm
6. Measurement accuracy 0.5% H + 0.1 (H is the Film thickness of the material under test)
7. Measurement range 500~ 9000 m/s
Principle
Based on the ultrasonic Measurement principle, through the high performance and low power microprocessor technology, the ultrasonic wave is emitted and received to calculate the material Film thickness and sound velocity.
Applications
Pipe, Pressure Vessel, Sheet, Machined Parts, Steel, Cast Steel, Glass, Pottery and porcelain, Plastic, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Zinc, polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cast iron
Steps
1. Measurement mode (Film thickness measurement or sound velocity measurement)
2. Set the material code or sound velocity value
3. Coupling the Sensor to the Surface of the Material under Test
N4. Read measurement results
5. Output data via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth
Notice
• Operating temperature range -5~ 45 ° C
• relative humidity should be less than 85% RH
• Powered by 4x1.5vAAA AA AA batteries
• Ensure that the Sensor is well coupled to the surface of the material being tested
Measurement accuracy is 0.5% H + 0.1 (H is the film thickness of the material being tested)
