HUITAO HT-108 reciprocating wear resistance instrument is an instrument used to test the scratch resistance and wear resistance performance of coatings, plastics, decorative fabrics, automotive interiors, velvet fabrics and other materials. It uses LCD screen to control and display the test process, and can set the number of reciprocating abrasions, motion Travel, reciprocating speed and other parameters according to user requests. The unique friction arm design can realize the replacement of different friction heads, and precisely control the pressure according to the principle of lever equilibrate.

Principle
The test sample is fixed on a horizontal sample stage and abraded with the horizontal movement of the sample stage under the specified abrasive and load. The other end of the test arm is weighted to maintain the equilibrate of the test arm to ensure the accuracy of the surface load of the sample. The instrument generates a linear reciprocating motion through a motor drive, which generates relative friction between the sample and the abrasive.

Steps
1. According to the test standards and sample requirements, select the appropriate friction head and install it.
2. Fix the test sample on a horizontal sample table.
3. Install the additional weight at one end of the test arm and move the equilibrating weight adjustment lever to equilibrate.
4. Set parameters such as the number of reciprocating abrasions, sports Travel, and reciprocating speed through the LCD screen.
5. Start the instrument and start the test.
6. After the test is completed, evaluate the weight, light transmission, intensity change or damage of the sample.
Notice
* Before use, please ensure that the instrument Power supply voltage (220V, 50HZ) meets the requirements.
* Select the correct friction head and additional weight according to the test criteria.
* When adjusting the lever equilibrate, release the fixed knob and move the equilibrate weight until the equilibrate rod is level.
* When installing the D42 1775 grinding head, sandpaper should be attached to the arc surface of the grinding head.
* When installing the rubber grinding head and the sleeve, put the grinding head into the middle of the sleeve and tighten it with a top wire, so that the grinding head is exposed 0.1 inches on the surface of the sleeve.
