Overview
R-01/200DC immersion crystallization Coater adopts roll-to-roll mode, the substrate is continuously crystallized or attached through the solution pool, the width is 200mm, and it is equipped with a 130 ℃ hot air oven drying unit. The equipment realizes automatic operation through PLC control and HMI operation interface.

Principle
The device adjusts the tension by controlling the torque of the discharge shaft and the reel reel, and the swirl/spin linear speed of the main drive steel roller is the main driving force to realize the belt control. The substrate winding and winding belt passes through the solution pool, and the belt can be walked at a fixed speed or at a fixed distance. The solution pool is heated at a set temperature, and the lifting height is adjustable. The drying oven uses electric heating air to heat and dry the substrate through hot air.

Steps
1. Prepare the required substrate and solution materials
2. Connect single-phase 220V power supply and 0.5-0 compressed air
3. Set the belt speed, solution pool temperature and lifting position through the HMI
4. Start the equipment, and the substrate enters the drying unit from the unwinding unit through the solution pool
5. Monitor Spreader Process to Ensure Stable Tension
6. After the Spreader is completed, the substrate is collected by the winding unit

• Utilities required for the equipment must be prepared before installation
• The width of the substrate does not exceed 180mm, the roll diameter does not exceed 250mm, and the weight does not exceed 50KG
• The solution cannot chemically react with the stainless steel material
• environment temperature should be kept at 25 +/- 3 ℃, humidity 30~ 90% RH
• There should be no obvious vibration and explosion sources around
• The automatic deviation correction function does not work at low speeds
• The new material substrate is subject to the actual belt effect
