HUITAI GDT-150C high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -60~ 150 ℃ and a relative humidity control of 20%~ 98% (model with H). It adopts a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, and has data recording and remote communication functions.

Principle
The equipment adopts BTC equilibrate temperature control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control, and realizes temperature regulation through mechanical single-stage compression or cascade Compressor refrigeration system. Humidity control adopts wet-bulb temperature meter method, and temperature and humidity sensing is carried out through A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor, combined with slope evaporator and water-cooled condenser, to ensure stable operation through nitrogen flushing welding process and shock absorption design.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the 220V requirements
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device and monitor the operating status
5. Export test data via USB interface or Ethernet
6. Turn off the device according to the procedures after completing the test

• Check the power supply phase sequence and phase loss protection function before use
• Ensure that the water supply system is normal and avoid dry burning of the humidifier pipe
