HUITAI GDT-225A high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -20~ 150 ℃ and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control. The equipment adopts a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports fixed value mode and program mode operation, and is equipped with advanced BTC equilibrate temperature control + DCC intelligent cooling capacity control + DEC intelligent electrical control system. It has perfect Linear dispersion recording function and multiple safety protection mechanisms.

Principle
The equipment adopts a mechanical single-stage compression refrigeration system, and realizes accurate temperature and humidity regulation through BTC equilibrate temperature control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. The temperature sensing adopts A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and the humidity control adopts dry wet-bulb thermometer method. The refrigeration system adopts high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold coal cold and heat exchange design to ensure fast and stable temperature change.

Steps
1. Connect power 380V/32A
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device and start testing
5. Export test data through USB interface or Ethernet interface
6. Turn off the device after the test is completed

• The device needs to be powered by a 380V/32A power supply
• Check whether the water supply system is normal before operation
Regularly check the pressure of the refrigeration system
• Pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the observation window
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently when the equipment is running
• Regularly calibrate Temperature and Humidity Sensors
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded
