Overview
HUITAI GDT-225B high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional Environmental performance equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -40~ 150 ℃ and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control (model with H). The equipment adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports fixed value mode and program mode operation, presets 100 sets of 100 steps 999 cycles, suitable for simulation testing of various temperature and humidity environments.

Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature and humidity regulation through BTC equilibrate temperature control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. The temperature sensing adopts A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and the humidity control adopts wet-bulb temperature meter method. The refrigeration system adopts high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold coal cold and heat exchange design, and realizes rapid rise and drop through mechanical compression refrigeration.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V/32A) and ensure good grounding
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device and monitor the operating status
5. Export test data through USB interface or Ethernet interface
6. Turn off the device according to the procedures after completing the test

• Equipment installation needs to ensure that the power phase sequence is correct and has the function of phase loss protection
• Check the water supply system before use to prevent dry burning of the humidifier pipe and abnormal water shortage
• Regularly check the pressure of the refrigeration system to prevent the Compressor from overpressure operation
