HUITAI GDT-225BH high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional environmental testing equipment. Temperature range can reach -40~ 150 ℃, Humidity range 20%~ 98% RH. The equipment adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, and has perfect protection function and data recording ability.

Principle
The equipment adopts BTC equilibrate Temperature Control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control, and through A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple for temperature and humidity sensing. The refrigeration system adopts mechanical single-stage compression refrigeration, equipped with high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold heat exchanger to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect power 380V/32A
2. Set test parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the equipment for testing
5. Export data via USB or Ethernet interface
6. Turn off the equipment after the test is completed
Notice
• The equipment needs to be used under the conditions of standard load capacity 1kg aluminum sheet and 200W heat generation
• Check the water supply system before use to avoid abnormal water shortage
• Pay attention to Compressor overpressure protection and motor overheating protection
• Regularly check the drying Filter status
• Pay attention to the condenser water cooling system when moving the equipment
• Ensure that the phase sequence of the power supply is correct to avoid phase loss protection
• Do not switch the observation window on and off frequently during the test
• Keep equipment well ventilated
