Overview
HUITAI GDT-408A high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional environmental testing equipment, providing -20~ 150 ℃ Temperature range (optional -40~ 150 ℃ or -60~ 150 ℃), Humidity range 20%~ 98% relative humidity (model with H). The equipment adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, equipped with BTC equilibrate temperature control + DCC intelligent cooling control + DEC intelligent electrical control (temperature and humidity model is BTHC equilibrate Conditioning control), suitable for simulation testing of various temperature and humidity environments.

Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature and humidity regulation through BTC equilibrate temperature control mode (temperature and humidity model is BTHC equilibrate Conditioning control) combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. The refrigeration system adopts mechanical single-stage compression (A/B type) or cascade compression (C type) refrigeration mode, and heat exchange through high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold and heat exchanger to achieve rapid lifting and humidity control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V/40A) and ensure good grounding
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the equipment and start the test
5. Remote monitoring via RS-485 or Ethernet interface
6. Export data via USB after the test is completed
Notice
Equipment needs to be used under standard load conditions (1kg aluminum sheet, 200W heat generation)
• Ensure that the water supply system is normal and avoid dry burning of the humidifier pipe
• Regularly check the refrigeration system pressure and protection devices
• Keep equipment well ventilated
• Check the power supply phase sequence and phase loss protection before use
Avoid running for long periods in extreme environments
