Overview
HUITAI GDT-1000A high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing -20~ 150 ℃ Temperature range and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control. The equipment adopts a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, and has the ability to set 100 sets of programs, 100 steps and 999 cycles.

Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control mode, through A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple for temperature and humidity sensing, and humidity control adopts wet-bulb temperature meter method. The refrigeration system adopts mechanical single-stage compression refrigeration or cascade Compressor refrigeration according to the model, and realizes precise temperature control through high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold and heat exchanger.

Steps
1. Connect power 380V/50A
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Temperature range -20~ 150 ℃ and Humidity range 20%~ 98%
5. Start the device running
6. Export data via USB or Ethernet interface
Notice
• The equipment needs to be used under the conditions of standard load capacity 1kg aluminum sheet and 200W heat generation
• Pay attention to Compressor overpressure protection, motor overheating protection and overcurrent protection
• Humidification system needs to prevent dry burning protection and abnormal water supply
• Regularly check the drying Filter status
• Ensure that the total power supply phase sequence and phase loss protection are normal
• Pay attention to the leakage protection and load short circuit protection of the whole machine
• The refrigeration pipeline adopts nitrogen flushing welding process, and leaks need to be checked regularly
