Overview
HUITAI GDT-1000BH high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -40~ 150 ℃ and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control. The equipment adopts a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, preset 100 sets of programs, 100 steps per program, and a maximum of 999 cycles.

Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control mode, temperature sensing is carried out by A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and humidity is measured by wet-bulb temperature meter method. The refrigeration system adopts high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold and heat exchanger, and realizes rapid temperature change control through mechanical compression refrigeration. Intelligent cooling capacity control and intelligent electrical control are integrated into the control system to ensure accurate and stable temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect power 380V/50A
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the test through the host computer software or device interface
5. Real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and data recording
6. After the test is completed, export the data through the USB interface
Notice
Equipment needs to be used under standard load conditions (1kg aluminum sheet, 200W heat generation)
• Check the water supply system before use to avoid abnormal water shortage
• Regularly check the refrigeration system pressure and protection devices
• Pay attention to the condenser water cooling system when moving the equipment
• Solenoid valve welding requires spool cooling protection measures
• The turning part of the low temperature pipeline adopts the bending process of the pipe bender
• The total power supply needs to have phase sequence and phase loss protection functions
