Overview
The DAQTECH iBoo-4 Furnace temperature tracker is a High Accuracy and High Stability furnace temperature test recording product with good thermal insulation performance for temperature mapping in harsh thermal environments. It can be used with the product through the Heat Treatment Furnace to track and monitor the furnace temperature and product temperature throughout the process. It can obtain valuable data without tractor testing, and generate Linear dispersion analysis reports through a powerful software analysis system. Provide real-time temperature status of the product and furnace, help engineers optimize operation, and increase line speed and product mass by equalizing temperature, time and heating rate to achieve efficient production.

Principle
The Furnace temperature tracker and the product pass through the Heat Treatment Furnace together, using its good thermal insulation performance to track and monitor the temperature of the Heat Treatment Furnace and the product throughout the process in a harsh thermal environment. The system collects temperature data through K-type Thermocouple and records it. Then, through the supporting host computer software analysis system, the collected temperature values are stored, and the temperature and length, time, product function and other parameters are synchronized for analysis and processing, and finally the Linear dispersion analysis report is generated.

Steps
1. Put the Furnace temperature tracker into the Heat Treatment Furnace with the product.
2. Direct plug-in Thermocouple through the instrument for real-time temperature testing and recording.
3. Send the collected data to the computer.
4. Use the supporting analysis software for data processing to generate temperature Linear dispersion and analysis reports.

• The insulation box is not included in the standard configuration and needs to be purchased separately.
• The specific use time (such as 300 degrees 1 hour, etc.) has a variety of specifications, which need to be selected according to specific requirements.
The computer system requirements are Windows 98, 2000, XP, etc.
• The sampling rate can be selected by the user among multiple options (e.g. 1s, 2s, etc.).
