Principle
The working principle of this machine is that the liquid-solid mixture treated by pre-dispersion and wetting is sent by the feed pump from the bottom of the grinding cylinder to the feed valve, and together with the grinding medium in the grinding cylinder is stirred by the high-speed swirl/spin disperser, so that the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium produce a strong shear impact, to achieve the purpose of grinding fine particles and dispersed polymers. The liquid-solid suspension after grinding dispersion flows out through the top sieve of the grinding cylinder.

Steps
1. Prepare well before the test run
2. Check whether the installation of each component is firm
3. Click the test direction in the direction indicated by the arrow
4. Check whether the chilled down water is smooth
5. The triangle belt is adjusted correctly and suitable for restarting. It will be adjusted again after 50 hours of work.
6. Add the grinding medium from the top of the cylinder
7. Start the feed pump first, and start the main engine after the input material is discharged on the top screen.
8. When starting after parking for a long time, in case of "stuck" tight phenomenon, the application of hand in the spindle pulley "disc" auxiliary, input a small amount of solvent to make the material dissolve and loosen before starting
9. If the parking time is long, the materials dried by the sieve should be cleaned up
10. The cleaning disperser can only be rotated slightly and intermittently
11. When using new grinding medium, it should be sieved to remove impurities
Notice
• Each swirl/spin direction should run in the direction indicated by the arrow
• The triangular belt needs to be adjusted properly, and it will be adjusted again after 50 hours of work
• Do not start forcibly after parking for a long time to avoid damage to electrical appliances and the body
• When cleaning the disperser, only turn it slightly and intermittently to avoid abrasion crushing caused by fast operation
• When using new grinding medium, it should be sieved to remove foreign matter such as impurities and fragments
