Principle
The working principle of this machine is that the liquid-solid mixture has been pre-dispersed and wetting treated. The material is sent into the grinding cylinder by the feed valve at the bottom of the grinding cylinder and the grinding medium in the grinding cylinder is sent together by the high-speed swirl/spin disperser Stir, so that the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium produce a strong shear impact, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding fine particles and dispersing polymers. The liquid-solid suspension after grinding dispersion flows out through the sieve at the top of the grinding cylinder.
Steps
1. Prepare well before the test run
2. Check whether the installation of each component is firm
3. The swirling/spinning direction of each machine should run in the direction indicated by the arrow (the test direction should be clicked)
4. Check whether the chilled down water is smooth
5. The triangle belt is adjusted correctly and suitable for restarting. After 50 hours of work, adjust it again.
6. Add the grinding medium from the top of the cylinder
7. Start the feed pump first, and start the main engine after the input material is discharged on the top screen.
8. After parking for a long time, when starting again, the disperser is often "stuck" due to solid particles in the material and sedimentation of the ground medium, especially when the viscous material is at a lower temperature, the phenomenon of "braking" is particularly serious. At this time, when the jog motor cannot be started, the application should be supplemented by hand on the spindle pulley "coiling" to input a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material, so that the material can be dissolved and loosened before starting. In short, it cannot be forced to start, so as not to damage the electrical appliances and the body
9. If the parking time is long, the materials dried by the sieve should be cleaned up
10. Clean the disperser, only slightly, intermittently rotated, because the disperser and grinding medium in the cleaning liquid fast operation is very easy to abrasion crushing
11. When using the new grinding medium, it should be sieved to remove foreign matter such as impurities and fragments
