Principle
The working principle of this machine is that the liquid-solid mixture has been pre-dispersed and wetting treated. The material is sent into the grinding cylinder from the feed valve at the bottom of the grinding cylinder by the feed pump, and is stirred by the high-speed swirl/spin disperser together with the grinding medium in the grinding cylinder. Strong shear impact occurs between the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium to achieve the purpose of grinding fine particles and dispersing polymers. The liquid-solid suspension after grinding dispersion flows out through the sieve at the top of the grinding cylinder.

Steps
1. Prepare well before the test run
2. Check whether the installation of each component is firm
3. The swirling/spinning direction of each machine should run in the direction indicated by the arrow (the test direction should be clicked)
4. Check whether the chilled down water is smooth
5. The triangle belt is adjusted correctly and suitable for restarting. After 50 hours of work, adjust it again.
6. Add the grinding medium from the top of the cylinder
7. Start the feed pump first, and start the main engine after the input material is discharged on the top screen.
8. When starting after parking for a long time, in case of "stuck" tight phenomenon, the motor should be turned or manually "turned", and the solvent loose material should be input before starting
9. If the parking time is long, the materials dried by the sieve should be cleaned up
10. When cleaning the disperser, only turn it slightly and intermittently
11. When using new grinding medium, it should be sieved to remove impurities and fragments
Notice
• The installation firmness of each component must be checked before the test run
• The swirl/spin direction must be indicated by the arrow, and the test direction needs to be clicked
• The water must be kept clear to chill down
• The triangular belt needs to be adjusted properly before starting, and then adjusted again after 50 hours of work
• The feed pump must be started first, and the main engine can only be started after the top screen is discharged
• If the "card" is tight after parking for a long time, it cannot be forcibly started. You need to manually "turn the car" or enter the solvent to loosen it.
• Long parking time must sieve dry materials
• Only slight, intermittent rotation when cleaning the disperser to avoid abrasion crushing caused by rapid operation
• The new grinding medium must be sieved to remove impurities and fragments before use
