Overview
KLS-01 halogen Moisture Analyzer is a ZIBO brand of rapid moisture detection equipment, widely used in grain, feed, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, chemical, tea, food, meat, agriculture and forestry, paper, rubber, plastic, Spinning & weaving and other industries Moisture content testing and data printing of raw materials, intermediates and finished samples.

Principle
The instrument uses an annular halogen lamp as a heating source to rapidly and uniformly heat the sample through a multi-layer stainless steel heating chamber to evaporate the water in the sample. At the same time, the High Accuracy Weighing Sensor is used to monitor the weight change of the sample in real time, and the weight difference before and after drying is calculated to determine the moisture content.

Steps
1. Turn on the preheating instrument
2. Place the sample on the pan
3. Set heating temperature and time parameters
4. Start the heating test program
5. Read the test results on the LCD display
6. Optional printer output test report
7. Connect to PC for data transmission through RS232 interface
