Overview
KLS-05 halogen Moisture Analyzer is a ZIBO brand rapid moisture detection equipment, widely used in grain, feed, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, chemical, tea, food, meat, agriculture and forestry, paper, rubber, plastic, Spinning & weaving and other industries Moisture content testing and data printing of raw materials, intermediates and finished samples.

Principle
The instrument heats the sample through an annular halogen lamp, and uses a multi-layer stainless steel heating chamber to achieve rapid and uniform heating, so that the water in the sample evaporates. The weighing system uses a High Accuracy Sensor to monitor the weight change in real time, and accurately determine the water content by calculating the weight difference before and after drying.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan
2. Set the heating temperature and time parameters by pressing the button
3. Start the heating program and start the moisture measurement
4. Observe the LCD display to read the test results
5. Optional printer to output test data or connect to PC through RS232 interface

• Ensure that the environment temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ° C before use
• Avoid exceeding the maximum weighing value of 110g
• The heating temperature setting must not exceed 199 ° C
• Regularly clean pans and heating chambers to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time
