Overview
DZD100 automatic oscillator conforms to GB/T259, GB7598, SD304 standards, and is used for oscillating degassing of dissolved gas component content determination method (Gas chromatography, CG) in oil, oscillation of samples by water soluble acid determination method (Colorimetry), and also for thermostatic and timing oscillation in Miscellaneous physicochemical experiments.

Principle
The instrument achieves rapid heating and precise temperature control through heating and reciprocating oscillation mechanism of electric heating tube, combined with fuzzy heating method, and performs thermostatic oscillation on the sample at set temperature and time, which is suitable for physical and chemical experiments such as degassing and Colorimetric.

Steps
1. Temperature range (room temperature~ 120 ℃ can be set arbitrarily).
2. Select the Time Control mode: a, oscillate for 20 minutes, let stand for 10 minutes to alarm; b, oscillate for 5 minutes to stop oscillation, and alarm at the same time; c, arbitrarily set the oscillation time and rest time within 0-99 minutes.
3. Place samples: a, 8 100ml syringes; b, 6 250ml triangular flasks.
4. Start the oscillation, and the instrument automatically runs to the set time and alarms.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10V, 50Hz.
• Automatically stop heating and oscillation when opening the lid to ensure safety.
• Regularly perform temperature calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Pay attention to temperature control accuracy: room temperature~ 60 ℃ +/- 0.3 ℃, 60 ℃~ 120 ℃ +/- 0.5 ℃.
