Overview
PRH-2 broken emulsification tester conforms to GB7605-87 standard, which is used to measure the broken emulsification degree of steam turbine oil in operation, that is, the ability of oil and water separation. Under the specified experimental conditions, the same volume of test oil and distillation water are formed into emulsion by Stir, and the time required to achieve separation is measured.
Features
1. High Accuracy Digital Thermostat, High Temperature Control accuracy
2. double-decked thermostatic bathtub with uniform temperature distribution
3. Adopt 2 digital Timers, easy to operate, timely and accurate
4. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, power and other systems
Principle
Under the specified experimental conditions, the same volume of test oil and distillation water were formed by Stir to form an emulsion, and the time required to reach the separation (that is, the volume of the opacified layer at the oil-water interface or less than 3 ml) was measured.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, electricity
Steps
1. Prepare test oil and distillation water
2. Set the experimental temperature and time parameters
3. Stir to form emulsion
4. Timing and observing the separation process
5. Record the time required to achieve separation
Notice
Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz +/- 10% requirements
• Check whether the components of the instrument are normal before operation
• Operate in strict accordance with the specified experimental conditions
