Principle
The microscope uses an infinity Optical inspection system to excite the sample through an epifluorescence illumination system. The excitation filter group (including ultraviolet, violet, blue, and green light) produces excitation light of specific wavelengths to illuminate the sample. After being stimulated, the fluorescent substances in the sample emit fluorescence of longer wavelengths, which is collected by the objective lens and separated by the color filter group. At the same time, the instrument is also equipped with a transmission illumination system, which can be used for conventional brightfield transmission observation.
