Overview
LANDTEK DP29-40 mirror dew point measuring instrument is a professional dew point measuring instrument based on the principle of subcooled mirror, specially developed for air dew point measurement, can directly and accurately measure the actual temperature, eliminate the error caused by system inertia and hysteresis.
Features
1. Measurement principle of subcooled mirror is adopted to eliminate system inertia and hysteresis errors and ensure direct and accurate measurement.
2, system stability, no repeability calibration.
3. Built-in electronic flowmeter to monitor the injection gas flow in real time.
4. Support USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC.
Principle
Based on the principle of subcooled mirror, the instrument chills down the mirror through semiconductor refrigeration technology. When the measured gas contacts the mirror, the moisture condenses to form a dew point. By monitoring the temperature change of the mirror, the dewpoint temperature is directly measured, which eliminates the inertia and hysteresis errors of the traditional Measuring method.
Applications
Standard reference for durability of electronic components, dew point control for roasters, dew point control for fuel cell test systems
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Connect the injection gas pipeline to ensure that the flow rate is within the range of 15L/h to 60L/h (usually 30L/h to 40L/h).
3. Press the mode switch button to the LCD display "CH" for mirror inspection.
4. Open the measurement head and press the refrigeration test button at the mirror inspection for instrument inspection.
5. Start the measurement and read the dewpoint temperature data through the digital display.
6. Data communication can be performed with a PC via USB or RS-232 interface.
