Overview
The LW-20 + series Webster Hardness Tester is an instrument that can quickly test the Hardness of aluminum alloys on site. It is easy to use and can be read directly with one card. It is used to quickly detect the Hardness of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum workpieces and Miscellaneous soft metals, and is particularly suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece qualification inspection of batches of products at the production site, sales site or construction site.
Features
1. Pressure needle: New material, new technology manufacturing pressure needle, Hardness, long life, good interchangeability.
2. Pointer: High-strength pointer, which is not easy to bend and deform after long-term use or wrong operation.
3. Handle: forged material, surface anodic oxidation of the handle, beautiful, wear-resistant, pollution-resistant.
4. Hardness block: Standard Hardness block is tested by standard Hardness machine.
5. High mass: fine parts processing, precision machine assembly, strict mass inspection.
6. Stability: full point stability, correction point stability.
7. Convenient conversion: Wechsler Hardness value can be converted into Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell and other Hardness values.
Principle
Webster Hardness Tester applies pressure to the material by pressing, and determines the Hardness value according to the depth or area of the Crescent, enabling rapid field testing.
Applications
Aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum workpieces, Miscellaneous soft metals
Standards
Standard Hardness Testing
Steps
1. Card the hardness gauge on the material to be tested.
2. Directly read the Hardness value.
Notice
• Pay attention to pointer protection for long-term use or wrong operation
• Regular calibration using standard Hardness blocks
• Make sure the battery is fully charged (use 2 * 1.5AAA batteries)
