Overview
The HEIGHT-LED HTCS-301-400 UV curing machine is a curing device using a 365nm main peak UV lamp group. The machine is equipped with a 3.2KW UV lamp, which is controlled by the Keypad Operation interface. The conveying speed can be adjusted within the range of 0.5-20 m/min. It is suitable for curing materials with a width of not more than 400mm.

1. The power of the UV lamp group is 3.2KW, the main wave peak is 365nm, and the lamp quality assurance is more than 1000 hours.
2. The height of the light box can be scaled and adjusted within the range of 80mm-180mm through the external handwheel, which is easy to adapt to different materials.
3. Adopt special air duct duct design and forced Air-Cooled on centrifugal fan for efficient heat dissipation.
4. The transmission system adopts Weipu motor and stainless steel mesh belt conveyor, which is stable in operation.
5. The conveying speed (0.5-20 m/min) and the height of the inlet (10-100mm) can be adjusted, and the adaptability is strong.
6. The control panel integrates ammeter, light switch, light intensity adjustment, use time, speed adjustment and other functions, and the operation is intuitive.
7. Equipped with multiple safety devices such as fan overload protection and external emergency switch.
8. The whole machine is equipped with universal wheel feet for easy movement and fixation.
Principle
The UV curing machine emits ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength (main wave peak 365nm) through the internal UV lamp group. When the workpiece coated with UV photosensitive materials (such as UV ink, UV glue) passes through the curing area on the conveyor belt, the ultraviolet energy initiates a chemical reaction of the photoinitiator in the material, so that the material quickly changes from liquid to solid in a short time, completing the curing process. The equipment dissipates heat from the light box and work area by forcing the Air-Cooled system to ensure continuous and stable operation.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. According to the film thickness of the material to be cured, adjust the light box to the appropriate height (80mm-180mm) through the external handwheel.
3. Adjust the height of the feed port (10-100mm) through the handwheel.
4. Press the "power" switch on the control panel.
5. Set the appropriate mesh belt conveying speed (0.5-20 m/min) through "Transfer Speed Adjustment".
6. Press the "Light on" button to start the UV lamp, and the light intensity can be adjusted as needed.
7. Place the material to be cured smoothly on the mesh belt of the feeding section and start the curing operation.
8. After the job is completed, press "Light Off" to turn off the UV light. After the cooling system continues to run for a period of time, then turn off the total power supply.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check that the Power frequency is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Do not turn on the UV lamp without installing the cooling fan or if the fan fails to avoid overheating damage.
• When adjusting the height of the light box, do not exceed the calibrated 80mm-180mm range.
• When the device is running, do not look directly at the UV lamp light source and avoid long-term exposure of the skin to UV offline.
• In an emergency, please press the emergency switch on the outside of the device immediately.
• Regularly clean the surface of the UV lamp and the reflection cover to maintain the best curing effect.
• When the equipment is moving, please push it carefully through the universal wheel, and lock the foot in place to fix it.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the electrical control system.
