Overview
DHG-9053A desktop blast drying oven is a laboratory high temperature treatment equipment, which is widely used in sample drying, material curing, electronic component testing and biological experiments. The equipment adopts forced circulation convection air duct and liquid crystal display microprocessor control to provide a stable high temperature environment to meet different research needs.
Features
1. High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor and Fuzzy PID Control Technology Ensure Temperature Accuracy of 0.1 ℃
2. LCD display and push-button operation, user interface intuitive and easy to use
3. Forced circulation convection air duct design to achieve uniform heating
4. Optional 0~ 9999 minutes or hour timing function, flexible operation
5. The studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean
6. Shell is 08F Cold rolled steel plate, strong and durable structure
Principle
The device monitors temperature with a microprocessor-controlled High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor, and uses fuzzy PID technology to precisely adjust the heating system. Forced circulation convection ducts distribute hot air evenly into the studio, enabling rapid drying or curing of samples.
Applications
Sample Handling, Materials Research, Electronic Component Testing, Biological Experiments, Laboratory Equipment Heat Treatment, Catalyst Research
Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply to ensure that the environment temperature is 5~ 30 ° C and the humidity is ≤ 80%.
2. Set the required temperature through the LCD panel (Rt + 10~ 200 ° C)
3. Optional setting timing function (0~ 9999 minutes or hours)
4. Start the device and force the circulatory convection system to start working
5. Monitor the temperature display, and the device automatically maintains the set temperature
6. Turn off the power after processing is completed
Notice
The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5~ 30 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
The altitude should not exceed 2000 meters
• Power supply must be AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz
• When using, pay attention to the temperature alarm setting to SV + 5 ° C
• Regularly clean the studio and check the status of equipment
