Overview
DHG-9123A desktop blast drying oven is a laboratory high temperature treatment equipment, widely used in sample drying, material curing, electronic component testing and biological experiments. It provides a stable high temperature environment to ensure the accuracy of experimental results and meet the needs of high temperature treatment in different research fields.
Features
1. Adopt LCD display and push-button operation, equipped with fuzzy PID control technology microprocessor temperature control to ensure High Accuracy Temperature Adjustment.
Wide temperature control range, from Rt + 10 to 200 ° C, Accuracy up to 0.1 ° C, fluctuation is only +/- 1 ° C.
3. Built-in High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor and forced circulation convection air duct to achieve uniform heating and efficient drying.
4. Optional 0-9999 minute or hour timing function, providing flexible automated operation.
5. The studio is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the shell is 08F Cold rolled steel plate, which is durable and easy to clean.
6. Standard 2 shelves, the maximum can be expanded to 3 pieces, to adapt to different sample placement needs.
Principle
The drying oven distributes hot air evenly into the studio by forcing circulating convection air ducts. The High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor monitors the temperature in real time and precisely adjusts it through a microprocessor with fuzzy PID control technology to maintain the set temperature stability. This mechanism ensures that the sample is rapidly drying or curing in a high temperature environment.
Applications
Sample Handling, Materials Research, Electronic Component Testing, Biological Experiments, Laboratory Equipment Heat Treatment, Catalyst Research
Steps
1. Place the device in the working area with environment temperature 5~ 30 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%, and connect AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device, use the LCD display and buttons to set the required temperature (Rt + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing parameters (optional 0~ 9999 minutes or hours).
3. Place the sample on the standard or optional shelf and close the studio door.
4. Start the device, force the circulation convection air duct to start working, and the microprocessor automatically controls the temperature to the set value.
5. Monitor temperature fluctuations and alarms (factory setting is SV + 5 ° C), turn off the power and remove the sample after processing.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is between 5 and 30 ° C, the relative humidity does not exceed 80%, and the altitude is less than or equal to 2000m.
• Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 10% before use to avoid equipment failure due to voltage instability.
Equipment operating at high temperatures, avoid direct contact with high-temperature surfaces to prevent burns.
• Regularly clean the studio and shelves to keep the equipment hygienic and performance stable.
• Pay attention to the temperature alarm setting and deal with abnormal situations in time to prevent sample damage.
• Do not overload the shelf, the shelves (max) is 3 pieces to ensure uniform air circulation.
