DHG-9203A desktop blast drying oven is a laboratory high temperature treatment equipment, which is widely used in sample drying, material curing, electronic component testing and biological experiments. It provides a stable high temperature environment to ensure the accuracy of experimental results, and meets the needs of industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions and various laboratories for non-flammable and explosive materials drying, baking, melting wax, disinfection and sterilization.

Principle
The device uses forced circulation convection air ducts to provide a high temperature environment through back heating. The High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor monitors the temperature, and the microprocessor precisely adjusts it based on fuzzy PID control technology to ensure that the studio temperature is stable within the set range, enabling efficient drying and heat treatment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
2. Set the temperature control range to Rt + 10~ 200 ° C.
3. Optional setting timing function 0~ 9999 minutes or hours.
4. Start the device and monitor Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1 ° C and Accuracy 0.1 ° C.
5. Turn off the power after use.
