Overview
The DGG-9030A desktop blast drying oven is a small experimental horizontal thermostatic drying device with back heating and horizontal forced convection design to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the studio. The device is equipped with a high-performance CPU processing chip and a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor for precise temperature control and convenient operation.
Features
1. Horizontal design, back heating type, horizontal forced convection to ensure uniform temperature in the studio
2. High Performance CPU Processing Chip and High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor Temperature Control System
3. Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display correction, parameter memory and up to 9999 minutes timing function
4. Optional independent temperature limiting control system, automatically interrupts work beyond the set temperature
Principle
The drying oven adopts back heating method, and distributes hot air evenly into the working room through a horizontal forced convection system. The High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor monitors the temperature in real time, and the microprocessor precisely adjusts the Heating power based on fuzzy PID control technology to maintain the set thermostatic environment.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, industrial production
Steps
1. Check the electrical performance before power on to confirm that there is no open circuit or leakage phenomenon
2. Put in the sample, close the box door and unscrew the top exhaust valve
3. Connect the power supply and start working
Notice
• Please check the electrical performance of this box before power on, and pay attention to whether there is open circuit or leakage phenomenon
• Do not remove the side door arbitrarily, disturb or change the wiring
• This box is a non-explosion-proof drying oven, so do not put flammable volatile items in the drying oven to avoid danger
• When the box fails, the side door can be removed and checked one by one according to the line
