DGG-9070A desktop blast drying oven is a small experimental horizontal thermostatic blast drying equipment, using back heating design and horizontal forced convection system to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the studio.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the back heating system, and the horizontal forced convection fan distributes the hot air evenly throughout the studio space. A microprocessor with fuzzy PID control technology and a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor monitor and adjust the temperature in real time to achieve accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Check the electrical performance before power on to confirm that there is no open circuit or leakage phenomenon
2. Put in the test product, close the box door and open the top exhaust valve at the same time
3. Connect the power supply and start working

• Do not remove the side door arbitrarily, disturb or change the circuit, only when the box fails can remove the side door, check one by one according to the line
• This box is a non-explosion-proof drying oven, so do not put flammable volatile items in the drying oven to avoid danger
