DHG-9053AE desktop blast drying oven is a horizontal, back heating equipment that uses horizontal forced convection technology to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, biology, Food processing, R & D institutions and various laboratories. It is used for drying, baking, melting wax, disinfection and sterilizing of non-flammable, explosive and non-volatile items.

Principle
The drying oven uses a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor to monitor the temperature, and is precisely adjusted by a microprocessor based on fuzzy PID control technology to ensure that the studio temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
2. Use the LCD display and buttons to set the Temperature range Rt + 10~ 200 ℃.
3. Optional setting timing function, range from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours.
4. Start the equipment and force the circulatory convection system to start working.
5. Monitoring Temperature Accuracy 0.1 ℃, Flexibility +/- 1 ℃ to ensure safe operation.
Notice
Only for non-flammable, explosive and non-volatile items.
- Working environment temperature should be 5~ 30 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Avoid over-temperature use and set the alarm to SV + 5 ° C.
