Overview
DHG-9035A desktop blast drying oven consists of a box, a temperature control system and an air circulation system. The box shell is stamped with high-quality steel plate, the surface is electrostatic spraying, the liner is mirror stainless steel, the thermal insulation layer is high-quality thermal insulation cotton, and the high temperature resistant silicone sealing ring is used at the connection between the studio and the box door.
Features
1. Adopt PID adaptive temperature control system, no need to adjust temperature control parameters, high control accuracy, no overshoot
2. The air circulation system is composed of heating pipes, blowers, and air ducts, which force air convection to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio
3.The liner is made of 304 mirror stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean
4. Liquid crystal display, push-button operation, microprocessor temperature control using fuzzy PID control technology
5. Equipped with High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor, temperature resolution up to 0.1 ℃
Principle
The drying oven generates heat by controlling the heating tube through the temperature control system, and at the same time uses the operation of the blower to force the air to circulate convection in the air duct, so that the temperature in the working room is evenly distributed and the drying and baking function of the material is realized.
Applications
Laboratories, research institutes, industrial production, mass testing
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure effective grounding
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters
3. Start the device and start working
4. Turn off the power after the work is completed
Notice
• The drying oven must be effectively grounded
• Use a power supply consistent with drying oven requirements
• It is not allowed to lengthen or cut the product power cord at will
• Do not allow flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items for drying and baking
• Do not touch the door and observation window of the drying oven at high temperature (≥ 75 ° C) to avoid burns
• Do not insert hands or objects into the wind or out of the trend at will
• When the drying oven fails, be sure to ask a professional to repair it
• You must fully read and understand the drying oven instruction manual before operating
• The power plug must be unplugged when replacing the fuse and repairing the electrical parts
• If the drying oven is not used for a long time, the power plug must be unplugged
