Overview
DHG-9245A desktop blast drying oven is a factory direct sales product, composed of a box, a temperature control system and an air circulation system. The shell is stamped with high-quality steel plate and electrostatically sprayed, the liner is mirror stainless steel, the insulation layer is high-quality thermal insulation cotton, and the connection between the studio and the box door is made of high temperature silicone sealing ring.
Features
1. Adopt PID adaptive temperature control system, no parameter adjustment, high control accuracy, no overshoot.
2. The air circulation system consists of a heating tube, a blower, and an air duct to force air convection and improve temperature uniformity.
3. liner is 304 mirror stainless steel, shell is 08F Cold rolled steel plate, durable structure.
4. LCD display, push-button controller, easy to operate.
Principle
The drying oven realizes PID adaptive control through the temperature control system to precisely adjust the temperature. The air circulation system uses a blower to operate, forcing air to convect in the studio, combined with heating pipes to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
Applications
Drying, baking
