DHG-9640A vertical blast drying oven is a factory-sold blast type thermostatic drying equipment. The product uses 304 stainless steel liner and 08F Cold rolled steel plate shell, Temperature range is RT + 10~ 200 ℃, equipped with forced circulation convection air duct system, suitable for various drying and thermostatic treatment needs.

Principle
The drying oven achieves uniform circulation of hot air through a forced circulation convection air duct system, and a microprocessor with fuzzy PID control technology and a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor precisely monitor and control the temperature to ensure that the temperature in the box is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the LCD touch screen
3. Start the device and start working
4. Monitor the sample status in the box through the observation window
5. The device automatically stops working after reaching the set time

• The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5~ 30 ° C
• The relative humidity of the working environment should not exceed 80%
• The altitude should not exceed 2000m
