Principle
The electric thermostatic blast drying oven generates heat through the heating system and adopts a forced circulation convection air duct. The heat is discharged vertically from the bottom air duct upward. After drying the object, it is sucked by the centrifugal wind wheel to form a circulation air duct to achieve full convection of hot air and uniform temperature distribution. The electrical control system uses fuzzy PID technology and High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor to ensure precise temperature control.

Steps
1. Ensure that the working environment temperature is 5~ 30 ° C, the relative humidity is ≤ 80%, the altitude is ≤ 2000m, and the power supply is AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device, use the LCD display and buttons to set parameters such as temperature and timing.
3. Adjust the shelf position in the studio as needed.
4. Start the equipment, start the heating system, and force the circulating air duct to operate.
5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1 ℃ to ensure Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃.
6. After the timing is over, turn off the power and take out the items.
