DHG-9140B vertical blast drying oven is an electric thermostatic blast drying equipment composed of chamber body, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system and protection system. Principle
The electric thermostatic drying oven adjusts the temperature through an electrical control system, and the heating system uses a stainless steel electric heating tube to quickly heat up. The air supply system adopts a double circulation air duct, and the heat is discharged vertically from the bottom up. After drying the object, it is sucked by the centrifugal wind wheel to form a circulation convection to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
2. Set the temperature control range RT + 10~ 300 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃.
3. Optional timing from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours.
4. Start the device and monitor Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1 ℃.
Notice
The working environment temperature should be maintained at 5~ 30 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
• Power supply voltage stable at AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
