Steps

1. Install the Ford viscosity cup on the matching bracket. Make sure the Test Ambient Temperature is 23 +/- 0.2 ℃. 3. Fill the Ford viscosity cup with paint or paints to 100ml capacity. 4. Open the bottom flow hole and start timing at the same time. 5. Record the time required for the sample to completely flow out. 6. Calculate the viscosity value according to the outflow time or look up the table.
