DHG-9030C high temperature drying oven is a factory direct sales product, suitable for drying, baking, waxing, disinfection, sterilizing and other purposes of non-flammable, explosive and non-volatile items. It adopts stainless steel studio and high-quality steel plate electrostatic spraying shell, which has the characteristics of safety, convenience, novel and beautiful appearance.

1. Design a reasonable air duct structure, fanless natural convection cycle to ensure uniform temperature.

3. The temperature controller adopts high-speed CPU processing chip and High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor, and has the functions of timing on, off, and fixed value, and the timing is up to 9999 minutes.
4. The temperature controller comes with Sensor fault alarm, temperature deviation alarm, over-temperature alarm, parameter memory, temperature display correction and self-diagnostic dynamic control technology.
5. Optional independent temperature limit control alarm system, automatic interruption of work over temperature, providing double insurance.
Principle
DHG-9030C high temperature drying oven realizes hot air circulation through natural convection. The temperature controller precisely controls the temperature based on PID microprocessor and platinum resistance Sensor to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the working room. The system has an alarm function and automatically interrupts work in abnormal circumstances to ensure safety.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature controller parameters, including Temperature range (RT + 10~ 400 ℃) and timing function (up to 9999 minutes).
3. Place items in the stainless steel studio, taking care to avoid flammable, explosive or volatile items.
4. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and alarm status.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the studio.

• Only for non-flammable, explosive and non-volatile items.
The working environment temperature should be at RT + 5~ 30 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, altitude ≤ 2000m.
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V 50Hz requirements.
• Regularly check the alarm function of the temperature controller to ensure safe operation.
• Avoid continued operation in case of overheating or Sensor failure.
