Overview
DHG-9070C high temperature drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, waxing, disinfection and sterilizing of non-flammable, explosive and non-volatile substances in industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, biology, Food processing, R & D institutions and various laboratories. Specifically, it can be used for Glass ware drying, experimental sample processing, hot deformation of food chemicals, heat hardening, heat softening, moisture removal, dry and heat sterilization of bioengineered utensils, and drying and aging of electronic components.

1. Design a reasonable air duct structure, using fanless natural convection circulation design to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

3. The temperature control instrument adopts high-speed, high-performance CPU processing chip and high-sensitivity, High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor, with fixed programming control functions of regular boot, regular shutdown, and fixed value work, and the timing time is up to 9999 minutes.
4. The temperature controller comes with Sensor fault alarm, upper and lower limit temperature deviation alarm, over-temperature alarm, parameter memory temperature display correction and self-diagnostic dynamic control technology.
5. Optional independent temperature limit control alarm system, which automatically interrupts work beyond the limit temperature to provide double insurance.
Principle
The high temperature drying oven is designed by fanless natural convection cycle, and the reasonable air duct structure is used to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the working room. The temperature control system adopts PID microprocessor and platinum resistance Sensor for precise temperature control, supports timing programming and multiple alarm functions to ensure safe and stable operation.
