Principle
Vacuum oven avoids thermosensitive material analysis or oxidation by reducing the boiling point in vacuum conditions to allow water or solvents in the material to evaporate at a lower temperature. It uses four-week heating, combined with a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor and a microprocessor with fuzzy PID control technology to achieve precise temperature control.

Steps
1. Adjust the closure and tightness of the box door to ensure the sealing of the silicone rubber door sealing ring.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time, and operate with a digital display and push-button controller.
3. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and vacuum levels.
4. During the operation of the equipment, if there is an overtemperature or Sensor failure, the system will automatically alarm and interrupt the work.
5. After drying, turn off the equipment and remove the material.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of 5~ 30 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 80%, and altitude ≤ 1500m.
• Use AC220V + 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz power supply to avoid voltage instability.
• Pay attention to over-temperature alarm and Sensor fault prompt during operation, and deal with abnormalities in time.
• Regularly check the sealing and vacuum of the box door to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Avoid opening the box door while the equipment is running to prevent vacuum failure and safety risks.
