DZG-6090 Vacuum oven is a factory-sold desktop vacuum drying equipment for powder drying and baking under vacuum conditions. The equipment is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis, easy-to-oxidation substances and complex components.

Principle
The equipment reduces the pressure in the box to below 133Pa through the vacuum system to form a vacuum environment, and at the same time heats and dries the material through surrounding heating. The microprocessor using fuzzy PID control technology precisely controls the temperature to prevent heat-sensitive substances from analyzing oxidation at high temperatures.

Steps
1. Put the material to be dried into the box
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Start the vacuum system and heating system

6. Automatically stop working after reaching the set time
