Overview
The DZG-6090SA Vacuum oven is a factory-sold vertical vacuum drying equipment with a rectangular studio design to maximize the effective volume. The equipment is suitable for powder drying and baking treatment under vacuum conditions, especially for drying operations of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze, easy-to-oxidize substances and complex components.
Features
1. The rectangular studio design maximizes the effective volume
2. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures high vacuum
3. Temperature Control System with High Performance CPU Processing Chip and High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor
4. Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display correction, parameter memory and up to 9999 minutes timing function
5. Optional inert gas port and inert gas flow meter
6. Tempered Bulletproof Double-decked Glass Doors Make Objects in the Workroom Clear at a Glance
Principle
Vacuum oven by creating a vacuum environment in a closed space, reducing the air pressure around the material, so that the water evaporates at a lower temperature. The four-week heating method provides a uniform heat source, and the High Accuracy temperature control system maintains a stable drying temperature to achieve an efficient drying process.
Applications
Industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, Biological products, Food processing, Agricultural research, Chemical units, various laboratories
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4, start the equipment to start the drying process
5. Take out the items after drying
Notice
• The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5~ 30 ° C
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• The altitude must be below 1500m
• The power requirements are AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz
• Make sure the door is well sealed before use
• Regularly check the vacuum and temperature control system
• Avoid over-temperature use and pay attention to equipment alarm prompts
