Overview
This machine is a CHP-160Q desktop Co2 incubator, which consists of a spray shell, a stainless steel working chamber and an electronic control part. When using, it needs to be equipped with a carbon dioxide cylinder and a special pressure reducing valve. The carbon dioxide gas must be pure and the pressure of the pressure reducing valve is stable.
Features
1. It has two heating methods, water jacket type and air jacket type, with fast heating and good uniformity
2, the temperature sensor is Pt100 platinum resistance, good interchangeability
3, Temperature Control Circuit Adopts Alarm, Main Control Box Temperature Dual Sensor Design, High Reliability
4, unique design of carbon dioxide input circuit, quick recovery of concentration after opening the door
5. Humidity is natural evaporation
6. Double door structure, good sealing and easy to observe
Principle
The Co2 incubator achieves temperature control through gas sleeve heating, and uses the Pt100 Platinum Resistance Sensor to monitor the temperature. The carbon dioxide concentration is input by the ratio of air and carbon dioxide, and is not affected by humidity. Fast concentration recovery is achieved through a uniquely designed input loop.
Applications
Cell foster, microbial foster, tissue foster, biological experiment
Steps
1. Connect carbon dioxide cylinders and special pressure reducing valves
2. Ensure that the carbon dioxide gas is pure and the pressure of the pressure reducing valve is stable
3. Set the required temperature and carbon dioxide concentration parameters
4, start the equipment to foster work
Notice
• Carbon dioxide cylinders and special pressure reducing valves must be used
• Carbon dioxide gas must be pure
• The pressure of the pressure reducing valve needs to be kept stable
• Carbon dioxide cylinders are provided by the user
• The working environment temperature should be within the range of 5~ 35 ° C
• Working environment humidity should be ≤ 85% RH
