SHP-150DA low-temperature biochemistry cultivating box is a special low-temperature equipment sold directly by the factory, which is suitable for fostering serum, high-quality products, and microbial fostering environmental testing. It is made of high-quality materials to ensure that the temperature in the box is equilibrated and stable. Features
1. The shell is processed by high-quality A3 steel plate numerical control machine tool, the surface is sprayed with plastic, beautiful and smooth; the liner is SUS304 high-quality stainless steel plate.
2. The thermal insulation material is high-density fiberglass cotton (Film thickness 100mm), which effectively prevents heat conduction and ensures temperature stability.
3. Stir system adopts long axis fan motor and stainless steel multi-wing impeller to realize forced convection vertical diffusion circulation and maintain uniform temperature and humidity.
4. The door and the box are double-decked high and low temperature resistant high tensile sealing strips to ensure the airtightness of the test area.
5. Temperature control instrument adopts digital display High Accuracy integrated controller, resolution 0.1 ℃, temperature sensor is PT100 platinum resistance temperature measuring body.
6. Control mode is thermal equilibrating temperature control, using P · I · D + S · S · R system co-channel coordination control, with automatic calculation function, accurate and stable.
Principle
The equipment uses thermal equilibrate temperature regulation, combined with the P · I · D + S · S · R system for co-channel coordinated control to achieve accurate temperature adjustment. The Stir system uses a long-axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi-wing impeller, forced convection vertical diffusion cycle to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the box. The automatic calculation function can immediately correct temperature changes and improve control accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set Temperature range (-20~ 50 ℃) and resolution (0.1 ℃).
3. Use Digital Display High Accuracy Integrated Controller to adjust parameters and start the device.
4. Set the Timer Range (1~ 9999min) as needed.
5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation ( +/- 1.5 ° C) to ensure stable operation.

• The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5-35 ° C.
• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ to avoid overload.
• Regularly inspect sealing strips and Stirring systems to prevent leaks or malfunctions.
