Overview
The CHNSPEC DS-100 color difference meter is a precision color measurement instrument using advanced Optical inspection technology. It achieves high Repeatability accuracy (dE * ab ≤ 0.03) and measurement Stability through innovative dual optical path design and nano-integrated Optical inspection device, and is equipped with powerful mobile end and PC end color management software to meet diverse color measurement and management needs.
Features
1. Adopt dual optical path design to improve the measurement Repeatability accuracy to dE * ab ≤ 0.03.
2. Using innovative 5 micron thickness nano integrated Optical inspection device to achieve nano-scale spectroscopic ability.
3. Adopt D/8 measurement mechanism, including SCI Measurement mode.
4. Equipped with calibrated base and zirconium reference whiteboard with mohs hardness of 9 to ensure long-term Stability of the instrument and reduce frequent Manual calibration.
5. Support WeChat Mini Program and Android, Apple, Hongmeng mobile app, which is convenient for data sharing, Color Chart search and cloud color database management.
6. Comes with a fully functional PC-side color management system ColorExpert software.
Principle
The instrument adopts D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) Geometry conditions and includes SCI (including specular reflected light) Measurement mode. Its core is to use nano-integrated Light spectrum devices to split light, analyze the rays of light into Light spectra of different wavelengths, which are received and converted into electrical signals by the silicon photodiode array Sensor, and then calculate the color data of the sample. The dual optical path design can synchronously monitor the Illuminant energy fluctuation to reduce interference and ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results.
Applications
Printing, Paint, Spinning & weaving
Standards
CIE No.15、GB/T 3978、GB 2893、GB/T 18833、ISO7724-1、ASTM E1164、DIN5033 Teil7
Steps
1. Automatic calibration by placing the instrument on a special calibrated base.
2. Select the measurement diameter (φ 6mm or ▽ 6mm).
3. Close the measurement port to the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Press the measurement button to make a single measurement or set the average number of measurements.
5. View and manage measurement data through instrument screen, mobile app or PC software.
Notice
• When measuring, ensure that the measurement port is closely attached to the surface of the sample to avoid light leakage affecting the results.
• Regularly use the calibrated base to calibrate to ensure long-term accuracy of the instrument.
• Avoid scratching the surface of the calibrated whiteboard (zirconium reference) with hard objects, despite its high Hardness.
• Illuminants have a long lifespan, but it is still necessary to avoid continuous use in extreme conditions for a long time.
When managing data through mobile apps or the cloud, pay attention to the network environment and data security.
