MS102 Halogen moisture meter is a fast moisture measurement instrument with color TFT large-screen Touchscreen. Principle
The instrument uses the principle of thermogravimetry. The built-in halogen lamp heats the sample quickly and evenly, causing the water in the sample to evaporate. At the same time, the High Accuracy Sensor continuously monitors the weight change of the sample during the heating process. By calculating the weight difference of the sample before and after heating, the instrument can quickly and accurately calculate the moisture content percentage of the sample.

Steps
1. Start the machine to preheat, and set the appropriate heating temperature (adjustable from 60 ° C to 200 ° C) and heating time (adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes) according to the sample type.
2. Put the sample into the sample tray, and the instrument automatically records the initial weight.
3. Select the measurement mode (manual, timed or automatic) and start the heating.
4. After heating, the buzzer prompts, and the instrument screen displays the measurement results, including moisture content percentage, dry weight content percentage or dry matter weight.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free surface for use.
The sample weight is recommended to be not less than 2 grams to ensure measurement accuracy.
The heating temperature setting should be reasonably selected according to the characteristics of the sample to avoid coking the sample due to excessive temperature.
Regularly calibrate the weight and temperature of the instrument to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
When cleaning the instrument, do not use corrosive detergents and avoid liquids entering the instrument.
