The TQC prismatic bird type coating applicator VF2162 is a professional wet-film prepative tool manufactured in stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The coating applicator features four painted surfaces for the preparation of four wet-films of different thicknesses with an application width of 75mm and is suitable for most products and solid substrates.

Principle
Bird-type coating applicator scrapes coatings on the surface of the substrate through its four different heights to form wet-films of different thicknesses. When the coating applicator moves smoothly on the substrate, the coatings are evenly distributed on the surface of the substrate through a preset gap to form a coating of precise thickness.
