Rubber alcohol Wear resistance tester model NBC-339A, suitable for Glass covers, films, plastics, auto parts, rubber, leather and Spinning & weaving, Eletroplating, free disassembly components, lacquers, printing patterns and other products. This machine is suitable for a variety of non-conductive film layers, and can be used for wear resistance testing with erasers or alcohol friction fabrics.

Principle
The machine reciprocates on the surface of the test sample through the friction head to simulate the actual use of abrasion. The friction distance can be freely adjusted in the range of 10mm~ 50mm, the friction frequency can be adjusted without sections, and the speed range is 60 times per minute to evaluate the wear resistance of the material performance.

Steps
1. Fix the test sample on the machine.
2. Choose an eraser or alcohol friction fabric as needed.
3. Use the LED digital explicit setting counter to set the number of tests.
4. Adjust the friction distance and speed range.
5. Start the machine for friction test.
6. Observe and record the test results.
Notice
This machine is suitable for products with irregular and soft shapes, and is not suitable for pencil friction resistance test.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/5A to avoid voltage instability affecting the test.
• Check friction distance and counter settings before operation to ensure compliance with test requirements.
• Regularly clean and maintain the machine to maintain the corrosion resistance of the mirror stainless steel material.
