Principle
The machine uses the friction hammer to conduct back and forth friction tests on the surface of the product under the set test load, test number and test stroke. During the test, the friction hammer applies a specific load to simulate the actual use of abrasion conditions to evaluate the wear resistance of the product. Different friction media such as alcohol cotton cloth, eraser or pencil can be configured to adapt to a variety of testing needs.

Steps
1. Prepare test samples to ensure surface cleanliness
2. Select the friction medium (such as cotton cloth, eraser or pencil) according to the test requirements and install it on the corresponding tool
3. Set the test load and adjust the load using the standard weight
4. Manually adjust the test stroke and speed, set and observe the LCD display through the knob
5. Preset the number of trials and enter the desired value on the counter
6. Start the machine and start the reciprocating friction test
7. After the test is completed, stop the machine and record the results
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V, 50HZ to avoid equipment damage caused by voltage mismatch
• When adjusting the test load, stroke and speed, follow the operation manual to prevent overload
• Check whether the friction medium is in good condition before the test, and replace it in time if there is any abrasion
