Overview
Electric Rub Resistance Tester is mainly composed of a control system and a friction system. The sample is fixed on the end of the base pasted with sandpaper through the sample clip, and the friction head of the parcel white cotton cloth is rubbed on the sample for a specified number of times. The sample is observed and the degree of stickiness on the white cotton cloth is evaluated by gray card comparison. Principle
The sample is fixed on the sandpaper end of the base through the sample holder, and the friction head parcelled with white cotton cloth is placed on the sample. The specified number of times of friction is carried out at a frequency of 60cpm, a load of 9N and a stroke of 100mm. After friction, the sample is observed and the degree of stickiness on the white cotton cloth is evaluated by gray card comparison, so as to judge the dyeing or surface coating Stability of the fabric sample.

Steps
1. Use the sample holder to fix the sample on the end of the base with sandpaper attached;
2. Place the friction head of the parcel white cotton on the sample;
3. Set the number of friction times and start the instrument for friction.
4. After the friction is completed, remove the sample and the friction head.
5. Observe the sample and evaluate the degree of stickiness on the white cotton cloth by gray card comparison;
6. Record the results and provide data for material evaluation.

• Ensure that the sample size meets the 140 * 50mm specification;
The friction load is set to 9N to avoid overloading.
The friction frequency is controlled at 60cpm, and the stroke is 100mm.
