Overview
Universal Testing Machine (Model: NBC-1001A) is suitable for testing plastic sheet, pipe, paper, leather, Plastic film, rubber, Wire and cable, waterproof coil, metal wire and other materials. With different fixtures, it can perform tensile compression, bending disbonding, displacement, tearing, insertion force, tensile damage force and other tests. It is an ideal testing equipment for industries, mining, commodity inspection arbitration, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, engineering mass supervision stations and other departments.
Features
1. Provide digital display models and pointer models to choose from. The digital display models use High Accuracy digital display tension meters to read numbers intuitively, and the units are optional, stable and accurate; the pointer models use pointer push-pull force meters to display force values with pointer scales.
2. Measurement range 10~ 500N (50KG), suitable for small material testing.
3. The test speed range is adjustable from 5 to 300mm/min, and the operation is flexible.
4. AC motor power system, compact structure, light weight (30Kg), easy to move and install.
Principle
Driven by an AC motor, the Universal Testing Machine applies force to material samples and uses Force Gauge to sense changes in force values. The digital display displays digital force values in real time through the High Accuracy digital tension meter, and the pointer model displays force values through the pointer scale. Users can adjust the test speed and perform various tests such as tensile, compression, bending, etc. to evaluate material performance.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V single phase).
2. Select and install the appropriate fixture.
3. Place the material sample in the fixture.
4. Set the test speed (adjustable from 5 to 300mm/min).
5. Start the machine and perform tensile, compression, bending, and other tests.
6. Observe and record the force value (the digital display model directly reads the number, and the pointer model reads the pointer scale).
7. Turn off the power after the test is completed.
Notice
- Power supply voltage is AC220V single phase to avoid voltage mismatch.
- Check whether the fixture is firmly installed before operation to prevent sample peeling.
The test speed setting needs to be adjusted according to the material characteristics to avoid affecting the results too quickly or too slowly.
Maintain the machine regularly to maintain cleanliness and lubrication.
- Do not overload, the force range does not exceed 500N.
- The digital display model cannot print data, and the pointer model needs to read the scale accurately.
